AI agents on the phone
Helping older people claim the money they are owed.
We build patient, plain-spoken AI phone assistants for people the internet leaves behind. Our first one helps pensioners in England and Wales claim Pension Credit.
The problem
Up to 910,000 pensioner families don’t claim Pension Credit.
£2.5bn
unclaimed every year, about £2,600 per family.
And Pension Credit is a key: it unlocks help with rent and Council Tax, heating payments, and a free TV licence at 75.
Why people don’t claim
They own a home, have some savings, or already get a State Pension. Many still qualify.
The paper form runs to 24 pages. The online one can’t be saved.

What already works
A letter alone rarely works. A conversation does.
Islington Council found 689 households in its own records and helped
274
of them claim, worth £939,100 a year.
It works. It’s just expensive to do by hand, so it only ever reaches hundreds of people. We make that conversation available to everyone who needs it.

How it works
From a letter on the doormat to a claim made.
- 1 · The council
A personal letter
To pensioners its own records show are probably missing out, with their estimated amount and our free number.
- 2 · The pensioner
Calls when it suits them
Day or night. No queue, no website, no 24-page form.
- 3 · Our assistant
Prepares the claim
One question at a time, repeated as often as needed. It works out what they could get and fills the claim in with them.
- 4 · Us
Follows it through
A call back to check the award arrived, plus the extras people miss: Council Tax Reduction, the free TV licence.

People call us
The number arrives on a council letter. We never cold-call.
It says it is an AI
In its first sentence. A person is available at any point.
No bank details. Ever
Those go straight to the Department for Work and Pensions.
Councils keep their data
They write the letters. We only hear from people who call.
For councils and housing associations
You already know who is missing out. We’re the conversation after your letter.
We’re looking for a first council to run a six-month pilot with: a freephone helpline in your name, monthly reporting on calls, claims and confirmed awards, and a price paid mostly per confirmed award.

call.partners is run by Arthur Camara. We build AI agents that people reach with an ordinary phone call. No app, no website, no login.
Where we are
The assistant and its eligibility calculator are built. We’re now testing with older people, ahead of a first council pilot. The helpline isn’t open to the public yet. To claim Pension Credit today, call the DWP on 0800 99 1234 or visit gov.uk/pension-credit.
